But what about the computer you are using to be on this forum with? I don't know the exact dates but I do know that the oldest computer we own..which is at least 7 years old...already has the technology to play and burn DVDs...
How old is your computer...if it was purchased in the last 5 years I can promise you that you have something to play those home movies on...matter of fact, you can play any DVD to be rented at Blockbuster on that computer...unless you have removed you media player software...
Did you?
Secondly, most (if not all) major networks archive the latest shows on their respective websites (ABC.com for instance has the latest episodes of lost and desperate housewives right now)...so if you are on the Internet...you have TV!!!!
What say ye?
Can you see the issue here?---You claim to have this profound holiness that has taken opportunities forvideo and TV out of your home...yet you have computers and internet access which give you the SAME opportunities! I don't get the double standard.
How do you rationalize this information to allow the one while you brag about disallowing the other?

In the case of Elder Epley when he bought a computer with a DVD drive in it he had a computer geek disable it!!!! I just hope he doesnt end up buying any software on a DVD. LOL!!
