If a guy preaches out a few times a year, I don't see a problem with him preaching the camp and getting paid by the church. He will most likely be on the phone counseling saints, fielding questions from his staff, calling a sick saint, praying over the phone with a troubled individual or someone about to go into surgery. Plus he will be studying and praying for the sermons he has to preach on the Sunday he gets home. So, he's still earning his salary.
