At my company we are seeing many middle income jobs being out sourced, accounting for instance.
And many sales jobs are being replaced by automation, Walmart for example.
I'm not sure what kind of factory jobs would be available for these people in Florida.

We're seeing the same here. In addition, smaller mom and pop businesses are desperately trying to survive in the shadows of the Death Star... oh... wait... I meant Walmart.
