Now, as I have stated before, I appear white (even though I am not all white), yet, I still feel fear when those lights show up behind me.
I have known and met enough cops to know that there are some that are jerks.

That is because that the stuff was not being tracked.
There are a lot of high profile cop-killing-black people. I think that there is a problem with race and policing. I have had A LOT of bad experiences with the police, but some of the experiences have been positive.
