It IS sad that this is true, in my opinion. Though
some...not all, but some ex-UPCers claim to love their roots, and attend special services and conferences as a so-called show of support, it is a joke...again my opinion.
I respect people's choice, while not agreeing with them. Having been a long time forum alum, though not as active of late, I respect CC!, Sherrie, Piano Man, and others who have made choices that differ from my own, yet can show respect for that which brought them over.
But then there are others who seem to relish the thought that a ministerial fellowship would go the way of the Do-do bird. Perhaps it eases their mind...I don't know.
I only know that bitter and sweet water cannot flow from the same fountain without it leaving a bad taste...
