Facts typically aren't misleading. But this meme isn't giving the facts.
First, the meme uses Bush's final year, but includes both full terms of obama, which completely skews the numbers. Next, the numbers are flat out misleading and don't include relevant information.
unemployment rate - that 5.1% is only the number of people actively looking for jobs. It does not include the millions who have given up and are no longer reporting.
cost of gas and oil barrels imported - doesn't show the reason being the increased production here in the US...DESPITE obama's attempts to block drilling.
Iran's centrifuges - I don't believe the number at all. There's enough evidence that the obama administration has lied and covered up their bad deal with Iran, which gives them easier, faster access to a nuclear bomb.
GDP growth/Dow Jones/Unemployment Rate - again, since this is showing only Bush's last year (when the recession hit) the numbers are completely skewed and misleading.
