I think Carson's a likeable guy and I believe he's honest and principled.
I'd want him as my doctor for an important surgery, but why he's even running for president or polling so well at this point is beyond me.
BUT I will say this (may sound a little JDish). I DO think the liberal media is racist against any black man that counts himself a conservative. Of course they are against any conservative on the basis of ideology alone. But if there were ever a black man in the White House who governed well as a Republican, the stereotype would fall, and they would lose their base, and by extension, their power and influence.
So as we saw 4 years ago, no one really cared too much for Herman Cain, until he sky rocketed up the Polls and looked legit. Then out of no where all the stories came and that was it for him. Now Carson begins to do well and starts to gain momentum, and all of a sudden people are taking his campaign down over something he allegedly did at age 14?
Again, I'm no Carson supporter, and I've long said I don't see Trump or Carson as legit candidates. But this seems like an attack to keep the black man, who is a Republican, out of the spotlight and especially out of the White House.
