I completely agree with you. In the American culture keeping your virginity is almost considered unattainable unless you are some kind of prude.

Those of us that do are met with derision or scorn. Especially the older one gets.

Although I guess there is also the idea that they don't want to make those that haven't kept it feel bad? IDK

One person (outside the church) tried to convince me I wasn't a man, which is laughable.
