God cannot be a monad because...
What do you think of this quote?
" "Personhood" is unthinkable without encounter between persons. No person is an island. If God were a monad the world would become necessary for his self-realization (as in Hegel). The idea of Trinity guards against that. God as "a being" is God's unifying essence; the three persons together make up God's being.
