Seems so bizarre that the police would do this to a guy they already have in custody.
What do you think?
He ran away from the cops, he was doing nothing wrong apparently but got nervous after making eye contact, they arrest him for a knife clipped outside his pocket (not a switchblade) and while he is in police custody, his spine is nearly severed from his neck!
Of course he is dead from injuries sustained while in police custody but how and why?
So bizarre and so sad.
