I tried to give you practical suggestions. I really hope you do something to change your situation soon. You may not like over-the-road truck driving but it will provide for your family.
Getting certified to teach is not arduous and in some parts of the country, substitute teachers make good money and substitute teaching requires very little if any extra training.
You are not at a dead end.
