You're beginning to appear as a liberal hack, blaming and accusing Walker of anything and everything.
I understand your primo job as an elected member of an advisory board is possibly in jeopardy, but use some common sense and don't be a political hack, accusing Walker of something with which he had no involvement.
This is a local police issue, not the Governor's.
Dropouts are the fault of the parents. Gangs will be around no matter who is in the Governor's mansion. For that matter, so will the dropout rate.
