And I have already seen the top video - the Victoria Police Chief says the Officer is ENTITLED TO DUE PROCESS and has PROCEDURAL RIGHTS and that is why he is on paid leave. Good grief, the Chief of Police knows what is the right way of doing things. He launches a criminal investigation for the sole purpose of FULL Transparency.
