I want to come back and say - the Police Officer doesn't ride around with his camera turned on. He turns it on manually, it is activated when his lights turn on or when he hits a certain speed. I don't know how this particular camera functions, but it is on, and he knows it. That is one reason I want to hear from the Police Officer. He knows his camera is on and that he is being recorded.
