Our laws aren't based on the Bible. Sorry, they're just not. You can't say just because they made a threat, they would follow through with it.
I've made a few threats against people growing up as a teenager. Most of it was big mouthed bravado, with no intention of actually doing anything.
And most of those threats were made in the company of my 3 best friends, who weighed about 280lbs + each and were between 6'2" and 6'4". I, on the other hand, was 5'9" and 130 if soaking wet, wearing a coogi sweater.
You don't think some of these Muslims talk big to impress friends, but don't actually have the guts or plans to actually do anything?
Again, the mere mention of a threat doesn't mean anything. Investigate the threat, but for goodness sake, don't give them money and weapons to try and complete the act.
