Several of these things already existed or were already set pre-obama. CHiP was a Clinton law, the bailouts for banks and autos was set in place by W, as was the timeline for the exit in Iraq.
To claim that vets have better and faster care is ignoring the recent massive scandal in which vets have died waiting for care.
The ACA is a dumpster fire. If not being challenged in court, it's being criticized by even vulnerable Democrats now.
Not much to cheer about when you sift through to see what he's actually done, especially when compared to the scandals and problems he's created by ignoring the law. Like this border crisis created by him declaring in the Rose Garden that dreamers wouldn't be deported.
