Here's a verse that may encourage you... 1 John 3:20

KJV

For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

NLT

Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything.

We are human, and will feel the guilt and condemnation of the past; but know that God is greater and He knows all things. He knows more than what your heart feels. The hardest part is accepting His forgiveness when we still feel the guilt, shame, remorse, etc.

Psalm 103:12

As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
