I bought some fish oil capsules at Whole Foods and found they had soy. ARgh! So, I ditched them and bought another brand without.

Anamu
Vitamin D
L-Arginine
Vit C
Vit E
Don't recall what else she is taking right now.
Thanks, some said that many were delivering a month early and it's no big deal, but I felt something didn't seem right and now I know what that was.
I'll let you know what the results show and if there was an improvement.

The best fish oil I ever bought that actually helped me was DHA. I buy mine at GNC. My HDL (good cholesterol) increased.
I really hope she decides to look into curcumin as I think it will help her.
