As far as I'm aware, there's only one unforgivable sin, blashemphy against the Holy Ghost. Other than that, I believe all sinful acts are equal in the sight of God. Sin is sin, period.

JL, that's true. But we're talking about a man who dangled many others' feet over the flames of hell for much lesser "sins". Who kicked people out and then spread horrible rumors about them. And someone who, when they were kicked out, sometimes never let them come back or go anywhere else to a oneness church. Who announced in church, if someone left and went to another church, that there was a new trash can for the trash to go to, and then asked if there was anyone else who'd like to go to the trash can with the rest of the trash.
Yes, sin is sin. But for those of us who've lived with that church's shunning, who've dealt with the shame and humiliation of being labeled as things we were not and finding even our closest friends didn't believe us because Edwin Young said they were true, who've lost jobs and friends and even family because of some of this man's sin... well, to those who like me have dealt with that, statements like yours above turn our stomachs.
Am I glad of the sin that has become known? No. Am I relieved that it was finally brought to light? Yes. Not because I want people to hurt, but because by making it known, maybe no more will be. At least not by that man.
