Obama/Chavez/Castro/Putin/UN
Hugo Chavez, the Castro Family, and Putin all would vote for and hope Obama wins re-election.
Meanwhile, the United Nations is sending 'affiliates' from Europe and Asia to monitor the Nov. 6 elections.
" The monitors will go to polling stations to watch for voter suppression activities by conservative groups"
