Psalm 22:3 reads like this:
But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel
This is the common verse that many preachers and worship leaders have proclaimed as "God inhabits the praises of His people."
I'd like to ask a very elementary question.
Is this directly referring to Israel?
Or because we have been, like the kjv puts it, graphed in and have become the children of abraham, do we qualify for that verse?
Now, as I take a closer look at that word Israel in the Hebrew, it does make this mention in the definition:
2) the name of the descendants and the nation of the descendants of Jacob
Are we accurately interpreting this Scripture?
Or, does it only apply to Israel?
