To my knowledge Bro Bernard knows Korean, Spanish, Biblical Greek and Hebrew and Latin. I doubt he knew Samoan.

My guess is that Houston's disbelief is not about understanding tongues but the message about "stop cutting her hair by tongues" is what he does not believe...
