I have worked and been a stay at home mom and I can emphatically say that I was much more stressed in the work force than I ever was at home.

Being stressed is not a qualification.
It's not just lip service to say raising children properly is one of the most important occupations on earth. Intentional or not, I think Rosen was showing a bias that many American women distain.
