After much thought, prayer, and council from people that I trust, Anita and I have decided it’s best for us that we begin to look elsewhere for a place of worship that is more comfortable to us and congruent with our Pentecostal charismatic background. This is a very hard decision for us as we have loved and been faithful to Christ Church for many years, and really enjoy your thought provoking messages.

To us it comes down to what I believe to be a crisis of leadership. We simply don’t have confidence in those you’ve apparently chosen to develop and replace you. With the apparent deterioration of the PCI roots of Christ Church, which attracted us from the beginning and kept us there for many years, we want to experience other charismatic type churches in our area that may not have so much liturgical type influence in their worship services.

We simply choose to move on in a slightly different direction than the road that Christ Church has apparently chosen.

I always admire people who not only do the right thing, but do the right thing in the right way.
