No, it is not a truth. It is a different category. The truth is SABBATH. And HOW Sabbath is handled in regards to violation of it or even how Sabbath is carried out is the issue. We keep Sabbath today in a spiritual manner. It is a modification of how it is applied, but sabbath truth, itself, is sure and never changes. In fact, the Sabbath day was a SHADOW of the true Sabbath. First that which is natural, and then that which is spiritual afterward. How can it be truth that changes if a shadow of something is in force and then set aside to make way for the substance?
Picking up a stick on the sabbath to burn a fire is still true in the spiritual. Picking up at least a stick of self effort to advance ourselves in the kingdom with fleshly power is worse and brings spiritual death as well.
