The problem, though, is that you are taking your experience of one or more pastors and applying that experience to all pastors. It is that broad brushing of yours that gets you labeled a preacher hater.
If you think the effort of taking your place in the body of Christ so that God can use you and help you to grow up in Him is not worth it, then maybe what you really think is that your relationship with Christ isn't worth it.
Christianity is not a democracy. God's word commands you not to forsake the assembling of yourself together with other saints. When you obeyed the gospel call, you became a member of Christ's body whether you like it or not. You don't have the right to withhold yourself from that body!
You need to do some serious fasting and praying to find out exactly where God wants you to be and then you need to obey Him!
