It's really not necessary to go there DA. It's no secret that a church of say, 400 members, may be the only OP church in town yet have records of having baptized 4,000 in the last 30 years. Same can be true for non OP churches.
Except a few the remaining 3,600 did not die... most are simply non practicing Christians. And I agree most of those would likely justify their current state in spite of being mostly uncommitted and unchurched.
