It sounds like you're moving in a good direction.
Perhaps as you get older you'll realize that Ron Paul's viewpoint isn't one of isolationism. That is simply what the blind detractors of his viewpoint like to let roll out their mouth due to their lack of understanding.
Don't let them convince you of their viewpoint. It is based firmly on ignorance.
