Those in slavery? Nothing. Zilcho. Nada. They were promised a mule and didn't even get that.
About 40,000 freed slaves were given 400,000 acres in Georgia and South Carolina. But President Andrew Johnson reversed the decision following the assassination of President Lincoln and the land was given back to the previous owners. In 1867 Thaddeus Stevens sponsored a bill to give back the land but the bill was not passed.
So....officially, there has never been any reparations given for the 222,505,049 hours of forced labor between the years 1619 and 1865.
At least the government did something for the Japanese and Native Americans.

The Japanese who suffered were mostly still alive. The Native Americans existed within Federally recognized tribes and actually had contracts and treaties with the Federal gov't going back a couple of centuries at least.
I'm not saying it's all "fair" ... just that there it is.
And, what about my "lily white" household? 4 out of 5 members of my own household are the direct descendants of African American slaves. In addition, my wife's great uncle was a legitimate martyr in the struggle for civil rights in the 1960's. How much cash do we get?
