Studies have proven, children who become obese and don't exercise can bring on type 2 diabetes before they reach their 20's, which has become part of this health epidemic.
Also, I have a very good freind who is a "3-4 Shots a day" diabetic. He emphatically told me, "If I get fat, I'm in trouble." Becoming obese not only escalates the diabetic condition, it can bring premature damage to vital organs and early death.
The broad range of health risks associated with being obese are known and proven, and our Country has a serious problem.
