Isaac Has No Handicap Tonight!
Isaac is my great nephew - he's four years old and has spinal bifida. He's an adorable young man.
Tonight he's having fun just like all the other kids at church! His Nanna made him a costume to fit over his wheelchair! I just think this is incredible!!! It even has working headlights!
He's Tow Mater!
