OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH - I am sorry - I did not read the fine print - I just voted - NO!
I was with the UPC for 11 years - does that count?
Of course - I would have voted NO when I was in it - at least the last 4 years I was in it - so count my vote!
