Jesus said in Luke 11:13 that God will give the Holy Ghost to them that ask him!

I love that you use this scripture. I been in Pentecost almost 40 years and have never seen it happen this way.
All I have ever seen is people holding someones arms up, screaming in their face, coaching them, shaking them and more often than not, telling them they
almost go it.
This does not in any fashion corroborate what Luke said in your text.
