WCB Offers To Settle

It is 2 AM & I am up at my computer thinking, praying, searching, researching different courses on the internet.
WCB says they want to settle with me for about what a new compact car is worth.

The job market is dead & I have been considering going back to school.
UIC may fund my schooling in retraining--WCB won't.

I am leaning towards getting a counseling degree for work as an Substance Abuse/Addictions services worker.

Could you pray with me as I endevour to take a new step in a new direction?
