But of course, why would anyone expect THEM to be accountable for what they do when you can blame a scapegoat? I mean them poor innocent Congressmen passing laws spending our money as they see fit, and surely no one would expects THEM to be accountable for THEIR actions. Good point. I see what you are saying.
In fact, Congress could have stopped the bail out, but didn't.
What I am referring to, however, is the way Bush is using 250 Billion Dollars to invade the financial sector.
He's doing it and there isn't any concrete plan as to how the government will back away from this invasion.
