Her quote was:

That's what we have to make sure that we're praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God's will."
She clearly goes back after saying "task that is from God" and states plainly that's what we have to be "praying for". Her praying for that outcome is sufficient proof that she isn't declaring definitely that it as a task from God.
There are plenty of reasons to not support Sarah Palin as VP but this isn't one, IMO.
