At Regent, no one receives their diploma on graduation day, they are mailed out later in June.
They receive transcripts, three official ones, within a week or two of graduation to use in applying for jobs. The unofficial transcripts are available online to be used to apply for job and these are required to be completed prior to graduation regardless of whether you attend locally or online.
Seems our Vaughn could provide the proof if he wanted to.

The Regent graduation ceremony took place May 10,2008. That's exactly three months ago today. It's strange that it would take three months for him to receive his transcript and diploma. I know if I didn't receive mine within a month I'd be calling them up and making a big fuss about it (
as I think most people would).
Funny thing is, there's little doubt that Vaughn has been coming by and reading what's been said on this thread. He knows that his reputation has taken a huge hit over this issue. Even people who've been giving him the benefit of the doubt have been giving him suggestions as to what he could do to clear up the matter, but he's not done so.
Very strange.
