Doesn't matter if it is godhead theology or a revelation of baptism in Jesus' name. God is still in charge of revelations and we're not. We can preach and teach 'til we're blue in the face, but if God doesn't open the understanding, ain't nuthin' happenin'!
The vast majority of people who don't get it, don't reject it. They just don't get it, that's all. Their understanding hasn't been opened. God could do it in a heart beat, but for some reason doesn't and hasn't on a wide scale. I don't believe for a moment that all those "trinnies" have understood and rejected truth. They just haven't seen it. Again, take it up with God if that is unacceptable.
