Baptism is tied to Salvation, it is the means by which the blood of Jesus is applied.
Jesus died on a cross & purchased for me a salvation I could not earn.

you have tied salvation to baptism, IMO, contrary to Scripture which tells us a number of times that Salvation is tied to belief.
