So, just to clarify, your definition of being "Pentecostal" means either being UPC or holding standards?
So, the ones who have left the UPC but still hold standards are Pentecostal, and the ones who are still IN the UPC but don't have standards are still Pentecostal..............but, everyone else is not?
No matter if they believe in One God, Jesus' name baptism, infilling of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, living a holy life in accordance with the Bible, etc?
