I have received this same email TOO many times. I am amazed at the emails that Christians will mindlessly forward without giving it any thought or study.
Are you guilty?
Here is the email
A friend of mine sent this to me. It is definitely food for thought.
According to The Book of Revelations the anti-christ is:
The anti-christ will be a man, in his 40s, of MUSLIM d! escent, who will deceive the nations with persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christ-like appeal....the prophecy says that people will flock to him and he will promise false hope and world peace, and when he is in power, will destroy everything. Is it OBAMA??
I STRONGLY URGE each one of you to repost this as many times as you can! Each opportunity that you have to send it to a friend or media outlet...do it!
I refuse to take a chance on this unknown candidate who came out of nowhere.
Here is my response to the email.
Quote:
Well lets see...
The word antichrist does not appear in the book of revelation at all... period.
The Bible defines antichrist as a spirit and said that it existed in the days of the apostles
Despite the fact that the antichrist was never called a man...
The Bible never ever said "he" would be around 40 years of age.
The Bible never said "he" would be of Muslim descent.
The Bible never says that "he" will deceive the nations with persuasive language
The Bible never says that "he will have massive Christ like appeal
There is no prophecy that says that people will flock to "him".
There is no prophecy that says that "he" will promise false hope and world peace and when he is in power destroy everything.
THEY strongly urge you to pass this on.
I strongly urge people to read their Bibles.
LOL
