Their time, their careers, their money, their family, only to have a hierarchy tell them they need to give more, and more, and more to support programs that are unwieldy and useless. Programs that line the pockets of "executives" at some plush building far removed from the realities of street level ministry.
My prediction is that any new org will mirror everything that currently exists.
