Exactly what Peter said under the inspiraton of the Holy Spirit, Elder ... be baptized "eis" with a view towards our sins having been remitted.

He never repeats your poor interpretation of his ORIGINAL message THAT BAPTISM EFFECTUATES REMISSION in his other messages in Acts ... NOT ONCE.
