I agree with your observations in this matter. I also agree with pastor Poster about the many things we open our minds to. Unfortunately today, parents are faced with dilemmas that many have not been faced with heretofore:
Do I take away my child's innocence by making them aware of the dangers out there, or do I allow them their innocence to be taken by being ignorant of the dangers out there?
I think, because of the times, we must teach, warn, and prepare our children for the inherent evils of this world. We cannot take them out of the public schools, go with them every place they go, and make every decision for them. One day they will have to face the world in all it's dangers/sin...it is best to know the devil and his practices to be armed for the battle.
