I wish he would be more upfront with what he believes and what his convictions are.....but, we have Larry King and subsequent shows after that to say, from his lips, "My job is not to preach sin."
Saying all that...he is a motivational, inspirational speaker.

This is how I see JO also.
He is a great motivational speaker. I wouldn't depend on him as a pastor to lead me to Heaven. Pastors have more of a responsibility than he is willing to accept. Obviously, folks like his candy messages though because his church is full. Then again, who really wants to hear that the "wages of sin is death" anymore?
