How the ministry spends those tithes is between them and God and is secondary. If they are like MOW and fully disclose then great if not and you think they are hirelings, find a new preacher. We cannot prejudge the ministry and play God with how we distribute the money we give to God in the form of tithes.

This idea that the way the ministry spends the tithe is their business is unbiblical, Mizpeh. God gave specific instructions on how it was to be used ... and once again it was not all consumed for their own personal consumption ....
It seems paradoxical that only part of the teaching of tithes is being taught ... and even at times as compulsory and even salvational. Yet, there is no application of OT principles of its management. The church that chooses to practice tithing has a responsibility to apply it as God wanted, no?
As for the Levites were to do w/ the tithe is explicit in the Word and has been mentioned various times in this thread
