I have experienced it first hand and if they start using psychological warfare on you there's not much you can do. During those times I wished I would've had one of those hats. It use to make me so fatigued but I couldn't sleep, and so anxious.

All of this stuff is engineered by people under the control Satan. It allows him to act as a Omnipresent, and half way omnipotent, and half way omniscient (because he can't fully manipulate that by any means to ever be fully all knowing!) And people are doing his bidding.
