Obviously Jesus is King. I put my trust in the Name of the Lord. Yet scripture lets us know we should be concerned about those who are in authority and our hope should be a quiet and peaceable life, for this is good and acceptable unto God. Elections matter. Presidencies matter. Laws and governance matters. It impacts our daily lives. My God cares about my daily life and those that influence it. So I will voice my opinions concerning my president and what he is doing or isn't doing. I communicate my feelings about it here and I am frankly not interested in your opinion of it. Of course, you have a right to express it here. And I'm almost always 100% certain you'll chime in---because it's that important.
