The Slaughterhouse Cases, Minor v Happerstat (sp?), and the famous Won Kim Ark case are examined.

Natural born citizen means a citizen at birth born in the country to two citizen parents. Won Kim Ark even states that a child born abroad to a citizen parent is a NATURALIZED citizen (by operation of Congressional law) and thus not a natural born citizen.

But this is all as relevant to me these days as discussing Jefferson Davis' eligibility to be president of the CSA. The last two elections have proven to me we are now on an irreversible course of divine judgement. Never underestimate the power of large groups of stupid people...
