Working on a series of study showing how Vashti, the queen stands for Old Testament Israel who dishounoured the Lord, and Esther the CHURCH.

Matthew 21:43 KJV Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
Sounds like:
Esther 1:19 KJV If it please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered, That Vashti come no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate unto another that is better than she.
ESTHER CAME TO THE KINGDOM INSTEAD!
Vashti would be judged by LAW.
Esther 1:15 KJV What shall we do unto the queen Vashti according to law, because she hath not performed the commandment of the king Ahasuerus by the chamberlains?
Esther was not UNDER LAW but GRACE.
Esther 2:17 KJV And the king loved Esther above all the women, and
she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.
Israel dishonoured the Lord and would not recognize his kingship in his triumphal entry in Matt 21. The Kingdom would be given to another.
We have come to the KINGDOM by water and Spirit in God's GRACE for such a time as this!
